Key moments:
  • Led the exhibition design, production planning, and install supervision for Kinfolk’s AR exhibition, which blends digital monuments with human-centered, nature-inspired physical installation;
  • Successfully managed cross-discplinary collaboration between designers, creative technologists, and fabricators under an urgent timeline; 
  • Found cost-effective solutions and ensured on-time and in-budget project delivery.

Key moments:
  • Responsible for the production and installation of a site specific installation composed of 1300+ hand-pasted posters and graffiti art by Lee Quiñones;
  • Orchestrated the development of a variety of visitor materials including a digital guide on Bloomberg Connects;
  • Organized the design and content creation of Holzer’s artist’s book TRACE, ensured both artistic integrity and institutional requirements;
  • Managed photo-video documentation and post-production, providing creative/editorial feedback.

  • Coordinated key logistics including contract, production, shipping, and insurance for Xu Bing’s Tabacco Project in this touring exhibition;
  • Found creative install solutions to realize an artwork series composed of 500,000+ cigarettes and a burning component that conform to the museum’s safety codes and liability requirements.
  • Created handling/install guidelines to ensure the final presentations in the touring exhibition were consistent and of the highest quality possible.
